March 29 and 30, 2011:Â Elements of Sustainable Land Development Course - This two-day course at Asheville-Buncombe Technical College will be offered March 29 and 30, 2011. The course presents a comprehensive overview of the land development process. Topics will include, but not be limited to, land planning, wetlands, storm design, erosion control, utilities, and steep slope development. Class content is intended for anyone who is developing or contemplating developing land, or who is engaged in construction, real estate, and sustainable development.
